Your Role

As a Management Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our leadership team. Your contributions will be essential in organizing and coordinating various tasks and appointments, ultimately driving productivity within the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    • Generating invoices for accounts receivable using SAP
    • Processing payments and assisting with the collections process
  • Accounts Payable Management:
    • Entering and posting invoices for accounts payable in SAP
    • Assisting with the reconciliation of account statements
  • Excel Data Reconciliation
  • Contributing to the enhancement of existing processes and the implementation of new procedures
  • General office management and support for administrative tasks
  • Maintaining master data in SAP and ensuring proper documentation
  • Assisting with financial controlling tasks
Your Qualifications
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship
  • Experience in accounting practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Fluent in German
  • Ideally, proficient in written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
