Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Key Account Manager to join our team at Careforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our client's RNAi therapies to relevant groups of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of our client's RNAi platform among healthcare professionals, including physicians, researchers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Account Planning: Create and execute account plans, including customer engagement and cycle planning, in line with our client's marketing strategy and sales targets.
  • Patient Identification: Foster awareness of patient identification, diagnostic tests, and referral pathways through the implementation of a regional strategy and customer-specific plans.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of RNAi therapies and their applications in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
