About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue through key account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue through key account management
  • Manage a team of account managers to ensure effective execution of account plans and achievement of sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in key account management and sales leadership
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team of account managers
  • Fluent in English and German
