Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to enhance our team at Konrad Zippel Spediteur GmbH & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in direct dialogue with clients regarding operational and strategic matters
  • Manage order processing both manually and via digital interfaces
  • Facilitate coordination of orders with specialized teams
  • Oversee inventory management and product allocation
  • Handle invoicing, address customer complaints, and ensure adherence to quality and cost standards
  • Advance API development in collaboration with clients
  • Execute immediate customer requests and resolve issues effectively
