Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Product Data Analyst entails:

As a Product Data Analyst at Sherpany, you will take charge of generating insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards that reveal product usage and user behavior on a large scale. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, and data specialists, you will be an integral part of the analytics team. Your quantitative reports and insights will empower product development teams to make informed decisions regarding feature adoption, usage trends, user segments, and journeys, while also identifying potential challenges and opportunities for product enhancement.

This position is structured as a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Qualifications

What we appreciate in you:

  • Proficiency in SQL, and R or Python, along with experience in Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and visualizing technology product data
  • Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, and UX, translating their inquiries into data-driven insights with actionable recommendations
  • Strong grasp of business drivers within tech product organizations, with a keen interest in linking data, product usage, and business outcomes. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is advantageous.
  • Expertise in creating reports and interactive dashboards that distill data into key insights, effectively visualizing results to convey clear business conclusions and facilitate user self-service
  • Experience in analyzing product activation, onboarding, and retention, ideally utilizing inferential, predictive, or machine learning models
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
