Key ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Product Data Analyst involves:
As a Product Data Analyst at Sherpany, you will take charge of generating insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards that deliver comprehensive product usage and user insights on a large scale. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, as well as data science and engineering teams, you will empower product development teams to make informed decisions based on your quantitative analyses. Your insights will help in understanding feature adoption, usage trends, user segments, and journeys, while also identifying challenges and opportunities for product enhancement.
This position is structured as a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
What we appreciate in you:
- Proficiency in SQL, along with R or Python skills, and experience with Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and visualizing data related to technology products
- Ability to independently engage with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, and UX, translating their inquiries into actionable data-driven insights
- Strong understanding of business dynamics within tech product firms, with an interest in linking data, product usage, and business results. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is advantageous.
- Expertise in creating reports and interactive dashboards that distill data into the most pertinent points, effectively visualizing results to convey clear business conclusions and enabling users to explore further insights independently
- Experience in analyzing product activation, onboarding, and retention, ideally utilizing inferential, predictive, or machine learning models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
