Key ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Product Data Analyst entails:
As a Product Data Analyst at Sherpany, you will play a crucial role in generating insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards that illuminate product usage and user behavior on a large scale. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, and data science and engineering teams, you will empower product development teams to make informed decisions regarding feature adoption, usage trends, user segments, and journeys. Your quantitative analyses will help identify challenges and opportunities for product enhancement.
This position is offered as a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
What we appreciate in you:
- Proficiency in SQL, along with R or Python, and experience with Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and visualizing data related to technology products.
- Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, and UX, translating their inquiries into actionable data-driven insights.
- Strong grasp of business drivers within tech product firms, with a keen interest in linking data, product usage, and business outcomes. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is advantageous.
- Expertise in creating reports and interactive dashboards that distill complex data into essential insights, presenting results in a manner that conveys clear business implications and facilitates self-service exploration.
- Experience in analyzing product activation, onboarding, and retention, ideally employing inferential, predictive, or machine learning methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
