Key ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Product Data Analyst encompasses:
As a Product Data Analyst at Sherpany, you will take charge of generating insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards that illuminate product usage and user behavior on a large scale. Collaborating with the analytics team, you will engage closely with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, as well as data science and engineering teams. Your quantitative analyses and insights will empower product development teams to make informed decisions regarding feature adoption, usage trends, user demographics, and to pinpoint challenges and opportunities for product enhancement.
This position is a contract role with potential for extension.
What we appreciate in you:
- Proficiency in SQL, and R or Python, alongside experience with Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and visualizing data from technology products
- Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, and UX, translating their inquiries into actionable data-driven insights
- Strong grasp of business dynamics within tech product companies, with an interest in correlating data, product usage, and business results. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is advantageous.
- Skilled in creating reports and interactive dashboards that distill data into the most pertinent points, effectively visualizing results to convey clear business implications and enabling users to derive further insights independently
- Experience in analyzing product activation, onboarding, and retention issues, ideally employing inferential, predictive, or machine learning models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
