About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Data Analyst to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven product strategies, leveraging expertise in data analysis and business acumen.
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of product features and changes, providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytics tools to support product development and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our product offerings.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably in a tech product organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview).
- Strong understanding of experimental design and A/B testing, with experience in analyzing and interpreting results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence decision-makers through data-driven insights.
