Overview:
Within the Global Banking & Markets Operations division, the Frankfurt Equities Execution Services Operations team plays a crucial role in facilitating cash equities transactions executed by various sales desks. The team ensures the precision of bookings and addresses any exceptions that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct communication with clients, Sales, and Trading in a dynamic environment, collaborating with other Operations teams, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues related to trade execution and client inquiries.
- Manage client relationships effectively, participating in client calls, meetings (both virtual and in-person), and broker reviews.
- Work closely with Sales & Trading desks to support the cash equity business.
- Handle trade allocations and amendments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate the processing of life cycle events, including asset servicing events.
- Oversee trades pre-matching and manage fails and settlement challenges.
The team is dedicated to continuous process enhancement and automation, collaborating with clients and other teams to promote the adoption of industry best practices, particularly in relation to 'straight through processing' to improve automation rates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.

- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the capacity to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, exercising discretion and sound judgment.

- Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German is essential; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
