Risk Framework Specialist

Clearstream Banking AG is seeking a highly skilled Risk Framework Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of our Risk Framework and Risk Governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Risk Frameworks and Risk Governance policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk models to support our risk management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of our Risk Framework and Risk Governance.
- Provide analytical commentary and insights on risk-related matters to senior management and governance forums.
- Contribute to audits and annual reports.
- Relevant university degree in economics, business studies, legal/compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing Risk Frameworks with a focus on policy and procedure frameworks, risk assessment, risk models, and stress-testing.
- Experience in Non-Financial Risk Management with a focus on financial services/banking/financial market infrastructure providers is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, German, and/or French is an advantage.
