Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent job briefings with management and oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to hiring.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various platforms, including professional networks and social media.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
- Manage job postings and select the most effective platforms for each position.
- Aim to position Autohaus Royal GmbH as the employer of choice in the automotive sector.
- Contribute to the growth of our HR department and take on responsibilities from day one.
Your Profile:
- Completed education or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Initial experience in recruitment is preferred.
- Comfortable engaging with individuals and promoting our company.
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and XING; experience in social media marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of HR software solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative and resourceful in developing new approaches.
- Open to candidates from diverse professional backgrounds.
