About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Partner Management Team in scaling the supply of Vicos, our innovative platform for freelancers to collaborate on large-scale digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the pool of high-quality Vicos that meet the demand of our clients, particularly in the SAP sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard and manage candidates, ensuring they have the skills and expertise to succeed in the Vico ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including freelancers, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to define and implement Vico building and scaling strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand our reach and impact in the professional services industry.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in professional services, SAP recruitment, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Native German and fluent English language skills.
