Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our client, a successful private equity company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing long-term strategies for growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Develop and refine the company's long-term strategy in alignment with market trends, investment priorities, and overall business objectives
  • Work in partnership with the Management Team on strategic initiatives and operational roadmap
  • Proactively assume responsibility for central tasks and projects and implement them operationally
  • Design, coordinate, and review key strategic projects and corporate activities
  • Develop new organizational, systemic, and procedural concepts for efficiency and growth capability
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and develop strategies to exploit them
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on strategic issues, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, market positioning, and investor relations
  • Prepare and care about executive-level presentations, roadshows, and investor relations

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a strategy or top management consultancy or a similar role within a private equity company
  • Extensive experience in private equity and capital markets, corporate development, or a related area, with a proven track record in strategic growth initiatives and corporate development
  • Consulting & Project Management toolkit of a strategic advisor
  • Understanding of M&A, transactions, due diligence processes, and corporate finance principles
  • Ability to drive value creation with an emphasis on operational improvements and strategic oversight
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and present complex ideas succinctly
  • Fluent language skills in German and English are mandatory
