Position Summary:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational management of client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and execution of projects. You will be the key liaison among various departments, facilitating collaboration and maintaining alignment with client objectives.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases of production are executed efficiently. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams, promoting effective communication and workflow.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Lead the planning, organization, and execution of project deliverables Develop and manage project scopes, monitoring for any deviations Coordinate agency and client workflows, creating detailed timelines and status reports Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Manage stakeholder relationships, conducting internal meetings and ensuring documentation is up to date Address concerns proactively to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with production teams to oversee budget and delivery Cultivate relationships with suppliers to optimize resource utilization Ensure proper documentation and version control within project repositories Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future performance Facilitate daily team stand-ups to align on project progress Advocate for adherence to internal processes and best practicesFinancial Management
Oversee project estimates and timelines, ensuring alignment with budgets Monitor project financial health and report on any risks Manage purchase orders and invoicing for third-party costs Attend financial meetings to discuss project budgets and resource allocation Ensure reconciliation of project accounts upon completionResource Coordination
Strategically plan and manage agency resources throughout the project Request necessary resources from creative and production teams Lead resource allocation meetings to prevent conflicts Utilize team strengths to enhance collaboration and project outcomes Ensure appropriate personnel are engaged at each project milestoneCreative Oversight
Guide the creative development process, leading meetings and reviews Set agendas and outline next steps to ensure clarity and agreement Evaluate creative outputs against project requirements and guidelines Seek cost-effective solutions throughout the creative process Research and propose innovative production technologies Ensure all creative work is thoroughly reviewed before client presentation Track internal progress and maintain project timelinesSkills and Qualifications:
