We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator (all genders) to join THE MARCOM ENGINE, part of the Serviceplan Group.

Your Role:
  • You will assist our new team members from the moment they sign their contracts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience at The Marcom Engine.
  • You share our passion for working with people and will take on diverse responsibilities within the People & Culture domain.
  • You will establish and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • You will support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and manage related administrative tasks.
  • You will contribute creative ideas to the organization of training events and team-building activities.
  • Alongside the People & Culture team, you will develop new training and development formats for our staff.
  • You will coordinate schedules for onboarding sessions and employee reviews, ensuring a seamless process.
What We Expect from You:
  • A completed degree in Human Resource Management, (Business) Psychology, (Business) Administration, or a related field, or equivalent training.
  • Initial experience in People & Culture/Human Resources within a dynamic environment (preferably in an agency or startup) is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of agile working methods is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Teams and possess excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and high social competence, along with an independent and structured work style.
  • A genuine enjoyment of working with people, a high level of commitment, openness, helpfulness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with information security and awareness of information security practices.
