We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global talent acquisition efforts and drive our employer branding initiatives. As Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent and supports business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global talent acquisition team, ensuring exceptional recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Enhance our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and promote a positive company image.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking in approach to talent acquisition.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
