Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment initiatives throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Director in developing, implementing, and improving recruitment strategies and talent acquisition activities and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, plans, and processes to meet legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine core responsibilities of new positions and evaluate existing positions for changes or additions.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and work closely with them to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates using multiple channels, including target companies, universities, professional associations, industry meetings, diversity organizations, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Participate in networking events, attend job fairs, and off-site recruitment programs to obtain a strong pool of candidates and meet hiring needs.
  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and candidate experience for assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain CSA Group's recruitment networking through professional associations and industry contacts.
  • Work with the hiring managers and HR staff to calibrate candidates and refine sourcing plans as necessary.
  • Support the company's succession planning process by identifying trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources.
  • HR or Talent Acquisition designation highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Talent Acquisition sourcing and coordination.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
