Entry-Level Client Relationship Executive

The primary goal of a Client Relationship Executive is to foster and enhance connections with both existing and prospective clients to achieve sales objectives and support the overall advancement of the sales division. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service while collecting valuable market insights.

Core Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition (80%)

Concentrate on attracting new clients and onboarding them through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals to optimize sales and ensure continuous growth via calls and emails.

Deliver engaging sales presentations to a diverse array of potential clients.

Attend industry events to connect with customers and identify new prospects.

Conduct site visits to assess client needs or showcase products and services.

Perform market research to uncover new sales prospects, with all details documented in the CRM system.

Negotiate compelling value propositions with potential clients.

Account Management (20%)

Engage with clients to assess their needs or promote offerings.

Provide ongoing support to current accounts as designated by the sales team.

Assist in establishing pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Address client inquiries regarding payment terms, product details, pricing, and availability.

Clarify and finalize payment agreements.

Ensure accurate order creation within the system.

Logistics Coordination

Inform clients and internal teams of unexpected delivery delays or complications, facilitating appropriate solutions.

Payment Management

Ensure client payments adhere to agreed-upon terms.

Secure deposits and final payments from clients.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in a Sales Account Management role or over 2 years in business development, sales, or account management.
  • A strong enthusiasm for sales coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, possessing interpersonal skills that enable quick rapport building with clients and suppliers.
