As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships while overseeing contract renewals. This position involves a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling within a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts across both public and private sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Understand and align customer needs with the company's value propositions.
  • Present product capabilities effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage organizational resources for growth.
  • Achieve and surpass both immediate revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and forums as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security sales.
  • Proven track record of direct quota responsibility for 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of large business structures and purchasing processes.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and prospecting tools, such as SFDC.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of €150,000, structured on a 50/50 commission split.

Language Requirements: Fluency in German is essential, along with business-level proficiency in English.
