As a Client Relationship Manager / Sales Hunter (m/w/d) in a permanent internal position, you will be our sales representative responsible for acquiring new clients. Your Responsibilities:
- You will identify and acquire new clients, converting them into long-term partners through your enthusiasm for our product and service portfolio.
- Your primary focus will be on generating new business, while your colleagues will handle the recruitment of IT specialists for your clients.
- Your goal: To win new clients, expand existing accounts, and prepare and conduct presentation meetings with your contacts.
- You will engage in active relationship management and be well-acquainted with key decision-makers at your clients.
- As part of our hunting team, you will contribute to the strategic and operational expansion of sales and conduct thorough market observation.
- This role requires a persistent personality dedicated to building long-term business relationships.
- Your contacts at the client level will be decision-makers.
Your Profile:
- You possess a relevant qualification or a comparable degree, and we welcome career starters with a strong desire for sales success.
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in sales, are a natural hunter in the sales field, and possess the 'sales gene': persuasive, assertive, and always proactive.
- You are confident in communication via phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings with clients.
- As you will occasionally visit clients, a willingness to travel is required, and we ensure you are well-equipped for mobility.
- You are an effective communicator and have excellent proficiency in German.
- Experience in the personnel services industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A strong drive and determination to achieve set goals are essential.
