We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Telesales team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage office staff and telesales agents
- Support Telesales team managers with organizational tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for telesales agents in administrative matters
- Process and follow up on applications from interested parties
- Optimize workflows and provide assistance with the procurement of SEPA mandates and collateral
- Process clarification cases, identify and forward customer inquiries
- Conduct CRM research, point system, and duplicate checks
- Process leads, lead submissions, preliminary inquiries, and other tasks
- Support sales management in creating statistics
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and report to superiors
- Support DKV FLEET VIEW with tasks such as box ordering, returns handling, contract confirmations, and ticket creation
- Qualified and completed commercial training
- High affinity for sales, with initial experience in sales desirable
- Service-oriented and willing to provide service
- Open and positive communication behavior
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of numbers and abstraction skills, with experience with SAP R3 applications ideal
- Ability to work in a team, with initiative and commitment
