Job Overview

Are you an innovative student (m/f/diverse) with a flair for writing, digital skills, and a passion for branding and marketing? Our Global Locations Communications Team at Manufacturing & Logistics Tires is seeking your talent.

We are looking for a working student to support our team at a key location. This position is intended for a duration of approximately 12 to 18 months, with a commitment of 16-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting engaging narratives for internal communications, including editing articles and conducting interviews.
  • Assisting in the development and production of video and podcast content for internal channels.
  • Co-managing the department's intranet and social media platforms, ensuring timely publication of news via CMS.
  • Designing presentations and other visual communication materials.
  • Supporting knowledge management initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Collaborating on concepts for project-related communications.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and evaluating the success of various communication initiatives.
  • Providing support for global community management across teams and internal social media.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled student (m/f/diverse) in communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A passion for 'corporate storytelling' in both print and digital formats, along with strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with content management systems and social media is a plus.
  • Previous experience in communications is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with an open-minded approach to engaging with a global community.
