Position Overview

Are you an innovative student (m/f/diverse) with a flair for writing and a passion for digital media? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Global Locations Communications Team within the Manufacturing & Logistics Tires sector.

This role is ideal for a student looking to gain practical experience while contributing to a dynamic team. The position is expected to last for a significant duration, with a commitment of 16-20 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting engaging narratives for internal communications, including co-editing articles and conducting interviews.
  • Assisting in the conceptualization and production of video and podcast content for internal platforms.
  • Maintaining the department's intranet and social media presence, ensuring timely updates and news dissemination.
  • Developing presentations and visual materials to support various initiatives.
  • Contributing to knowledge management efforts across digital platforms.
  • Collaborating on communication strategies for various projects.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and evaluating the success of communication efforts.
  • Supporting global community management initiatives across teams and internal social media channels.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant field such as communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, or graphic design.
  • A passion for storytelling in both print and digital formats, with strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with familiarity in content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in communications is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German with strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with an open-minded approach to working with a diverse global community.
