Are you an innovative student (m/f/diverse) with a flair for writing, digital skills, and a passion for branding and marketing? Join our Global Locations Communications Team at Continental.

We are seeking a student assistant to support our communications efforts. This role is designed for a commitment of approximately 16-20 hours per week, ideally for a duration of 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging narratives for internal communications, including co-editing articles and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in the development and production of video and podcast content for internal platforms.
  • Help maintain the department's intranet and social media channels, ensuring timely publication of updates.
  • Create visually appealing presentations and other materials.
  • Support knowledge management initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on communication strategies for various projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the success of communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to global community management efforts across teams and internal social media.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or a similar field.
  • A strong interest in corporate storytelling, both in print and digital formats, along with a passion for effective communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in content management systems and social media being advantageous.
  • Prior experience in communications is preferred.
  • Fluent in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with an open-minded approach to engaging with a global community.
