Position Overview

Are you an innovative student (m/f/diverse) with a flair for writing and a passion for digital media? We are seeking a working student to support our Global Locations Communications Team within the Manufacturing & Logistics Tires sector.

This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who can commit to a part-time schedule of 16-20 hours per week over a period of 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting engaging narratives for internal communications, including article co-editing and conducting interviews.
  • Assisting in the development and production of video and podcast content for internal platforms.
  • Maintaining the department's intranet and social media presence, as well as publishing updates in the content management system.
  • Designing presentations and other visual communication materials.
  • Supporting knowledge management initiatives for digital platforms.
  • Collaborating on communication strategies for various projects.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and evaluating the success of communication efforts.
  • Facilitating global community management across teams and internal social media channels.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or a similar field.
  • A strong interest in corporate storytelling, both in print and digital formats, along with a passion for communications.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with familiarity in content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Prior experience in communications is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with an open-minded approach to engaging with a global community.
