Are you an innovative student (m/f/diverse) with a flair for writing, a passion for digital media, and some experience in branding and marketing? Our Global Locations Communications Team at Manufacturing & Logistics Tires is looking for a working student to contribute to our dynamic environment.
We are seeking a working student to support our team, ideally for a duration of 12 to 18 months, with a commitment of 16-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting engaging narratives for internal communications, including co-editing articles and conducting interviews.
- Assisting in the conceptualization and production of videos and podcasts for internal channels.
- Maintaining the department's intranet and social media platforms, as well as publishing updates in the content management system.
- Developing presentations and other visual materials to support communication efforts.
- Contributing to knowledge management initiatives for digital platforms.
- Collaborating on communication strategies for various projects.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and evaluating the success of communication activities.
- Supporting global community management efforts across teams and internal social media.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (m/f/diverse) in communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
- A passion for 'corporate storytelling' in both print and digital formats, along with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in content management systems and social media platforms being a plus.
- Previous experience in communications is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with an open-minded approach to engaging with a global community.
