Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall company vision.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, enhancing brand identities and market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead the social media vision across the business and develop strategies that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Develop a measurement framework for the department and instil a culture of performance measurement that delivers improved return on investment for the business.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while tracking and reporting on marketing expenditures and ROI.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals that deliver shared services across multiple brands including graphics, AV, and social media.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
