Senior Marketing Director

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall company vision.
* Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, enhancing brand identities and market presence.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Lead the social media vision across the business and develop strategies that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
* Develop a measurement framework for the department and instill a culture of performance measurement that delivers improved return on investment for the business.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while tracking and reporting on marketing expenditures and ROI.
* Lead a team of experienced professionals that deliver shared services across multiple brands including graphics, AV and social media.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable multiyear experience in marketing for a consumer brand in a senior role.
* Solid knowledge of the Irish audio and media landscape is advantageous.
