Your Role
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee our team in strategizing, organizing, and optimizing resources. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating and sustaining robust customer relationships, inspiring staff to achieve peak performance, and maintaining high service standards to remain competitive. Our mission is to comprehend our customers like no other and continuously challenge ourselves to enhance our operations to simplify logistics.
Your Contributions Will Include...
- Steering the financial objectives of the operations, ensuring profitability and growth
- Shaping the identity of the branch
- Managing the daily operations of the branch
- Formulating and upholding budgets aligned with annual targets and corporate standards
- Fostering customer relations, assessing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns
- Expanding the branch in terms of sales revenue in line with annual objectives and corporate standards
- Conducting all business and personnel activities within legal, ethical, and moral frameworks
- Facilitating effective communication with the corporate office and other branches
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the freight industry (Air & Ocean)
- Innovative and proactive mindset; high adaptability and flexibility

Key Role Highlights
- You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a standard 40-hour work week
- A company vehicle (VW Passat or equivalent) will be provided, with parking available on-site
- Hybrid work arrangements with mobile office options are available
- You will enjoy 30 vacation days annually
- Travel may be required up to 10% nationally and internationally
