We are currently offering a position for a Working Student/ Intern (m/f/d) in our Operational-/Non-Financial Risk Management Team for a minimum duration of 6 months. This role is available for immediate engagement.

Position Overview

As an intern or working student within the Risk Management Department, your primary responsibility will be to assist our team in the effective management of Operational-/Non-Financial Risks (NFR), aiming to mitigate potential risk exposure and create value for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support: Assist in various facets of NFR management, including the initiation and execution of new projects.
  • Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze, identify, measure, monitor, and report on NFRs, encompassing risks associated with outsourcing, compliance, IT, and the introduction of new products and services.
  • Framework Development: Participate in the enhancement of the NFR framework and engage in other intriguing projects, such as integrating new branches into the group structure.
  • Creativity: Aid the team in generating reports and continuously improving existing tools.
  • Knowledge Acquisition: Gain extensive insights into NFR management and become part of a specialized team.

Qualifications

  • Students pursuing degrees in economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences, with a minimum of two semesters remaining in their studies.
  • Preference will be given to students who have completed vocational training in the banking sector.
  • Genuine interest in risk management within financial institutions.
  • Enjoyment of complex tasks, with a strong understanding and interest in risk management, and a commitment to professional growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both German and English at a professional level.
  • A proactive team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in the office on a weekly basis.
