We are currently offering a position for a Working Student/ Intern (m/f/d) in our Operational-/Non-Financial Risk Management Team for a minimum duration of 6 months. This position is available for immediate engagement.
Position Overview
- Support: You will assist in various facets of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management, including the formulation and execution of innovative projects.
- Analysis: Collaborating with our team, you will conduct analyses to identify, assess, monitor, and report on NFRs, encompassing risks associated with outsourcing, compliance, IT, and the introduction of new products and services.
- Development: You will contribute to the enhancement of the NFR framework and engage in intriguing projects, such as integrating new branches into our group structure.
- Creativity: Your role will involve assisting in the creation of reports and the ongoing improvement of existing tools.
- Knowledge Acquisition: Through your contributions, you will gain valuable insights into NFR management and become part of a specialized team.
Candidate Profile
- Students pursuing degrees in economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences, with at least two semesters remaining in their studies.
- Preference will be given to students who have completed vocational training in the banking sector.
- A keen interest in risk management within financial institutions.
- A passion for tackling complex challenges, with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both German and English at a professional level.
- A proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently.
- Willingness to work in the office on a weekly basis.
