We are currently offering a position for a Working Student/ Intern (m/f/d) in our Operational-/Non-Financial Risk Management Team for a minimum duration of 6 months. This role is available for immediate engagement.

Position Overview

  • Support: Assist in various facets of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management, including the development and execution of new initiatives.
  • Analysis: Collaborate with our team to conduct analyses aimed at identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting NFRs, such as risks associated with outsourcing, compliance, IT, and the introduction of new products and services.
  • Framework Development: Participate in the enhancement of the NFR framework and engage in other significant projects, including the integration of new branches into the organizational structure.
  • Creativity: Contribute to the creation of reports and the ongoing improvement of existing tools.
  • Knowledge Acquisition: Gain extensive insights into NFR management and become part of a specialized team.

Candidate Profile

  • Students pursuing degrees in economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences, with at least two semesters remaining in their studies.
  • Preference will be given to students with completed vocational training in the banking sector.
  • Genuine interest in risk management within financial institutions.
  • Enjoyment of complex tasks, coupled with a strong understanding and interest in risk management, with a focus on professional growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to work in the office on a weekly basis.
