We are currently offering a position for a Working Student/ Intern (m/f/d) in our Operational-/Non-Financial Risk Management Team for a minimum duration of 6 months. This opportunity is available for immediate engagement.

Position Overview

  • Support Responsibilities: You will assist in various facets of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management, including the development and execution of innovative projects.
  • Analytical Tasks: Collaborate with our team to conduct analyses aimed at identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting NFRs, which may include risks associated with outsourcing, compliance, IT, and the introduction of new products and services.
  • Framework Development: Participate in the enhancement of the NFR framework and engage in other exciting projects, such as integrating new branches into our group structure.
  • Creative Contributions: Aid our team in generating reports and advancing existing tools.
  • Knowledge Acquisition: Through your involvement, you will gain in-depth insights into NFR management and become part of a specialized team.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled students in fields such as economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences, with a strong academic record and at least two semesters remaining in their studies.
  • Preference will be given to students who have completed vocational training in the banking sector.
  • A keen interest in risk management within financial institutions.
  • A passion for tackling complex challenges, with a commitment to understanding risk management and pursuing professional growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • A proactive team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in the office on a weekly basis.
