Self-Employed Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed business development manager to join our team at NÜRNBERGER Versicherung. As a self-employed business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with pharmacies in the region of Baden-Württemberg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase sales and revenue for NÜRNBERGER Versicherung in the pharmacy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the pharmacy market.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NÜRNBERGER Versicherung's products and services to effectively communicate their value to pharmacy customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of success in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmacy market and industry trends.
- Fluency in German language.
