About the Role

This is a pivotal position within IQVIA, a global leader in human data science, where you will collaborate closely with the Head of Patient Access and cross-functional teams to drive market access and pricing strategies for launch products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access strategies for launch products, including pricing and reimbursement dossier development and benefit assessment process management.
  • Collaborate with medical and external teams to prepare AMNOG dossiers, including analysis of clinical trial results and methodology.
  • Identify reimbursement challenges for products in the DACH region and develop strategies, such as NUB and regional market access strategies.
  • Propose and manage Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real World Evidence (RWE) projects to inform pricing and support value proposition strategies.
  • Engage with regional payers and stakeholders to secure access, following agreed strategies and plans, and supported by IQVIA's global payer network.
  • Contribute knowledge of HTA data and evidence generation requirements to ensure launch assets meet future needs of payers and HTAs.
Requirements
  • University degree in health economics, pharmaceutical science, healthcare management, or natural science.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with international teams, including collaboration with IQVIA and client partners, to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a cross-functional, matrix environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trusted relationships within rare disease communities and manage complexity across diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in areas of high unmet medical need, supported by IQVIA's resources and tools.
  • Strong project management skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with experience in conveying complex information to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
