About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key player in our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls (only 5-10% of your time)
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by being responsive, helpful, and thorough
Requirements
  • Proficiency in German (both written and verbal)
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a particular interest in sports
  • Organized, with a knack for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Competency in typing and using computer programs (especially MS Office)
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card
  • A high school diploma (Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory)
