Exciting Opportunity for German-speaking Customer Support Professionals
We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from German-speaking clients through phone calls, live chat, and back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer support and contribute to the refinement of our service experience
- Participate in comprehensive training on digital banking and undergo a supervised nesting phase to ensure a smooth onboarding process
