In der Rolle des Logistics Operations Leader sind Sie verantwortlich für die täglichen Abläufe der Abteilungen für Wareneingang/Warenversand und Lagerplanung. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Rekrutierung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern, die Gewährleistung von Gesundheit und Sicherheit, die Planung von Arbeitsabläufen, die Sicherstellung der Auftragsgenauigkeit zur Unterstützung einer pünktlichen Lieferung, die Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen sowie die Verhinderung von Verlusten. Ihre Führungsstärke wird entscheidend sein, um die erforderlichen Prozesse, Verfahren und Systeme zu definieren, die unser langfristiges Wachstum in einem dynamischen Umfeld unterstützen und aufrechterhalten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gewährleistung der pünktlichen Abwicklung von Wareneingangs- und Versandaufgaben durch Initiierung, Koordination und Durchsetzung von Programm-, Betriebs- und Personalrichtlinien.
  • Optimierung von Prozessen zur Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit und Genauigkeit.
  • Aufrechterhaltung von Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz durch Mitarbeiterengagement und Teamarbeit.
  • Planung und Zuweisung von Aufgaben zur Erfüllung der Lagerbetriebsanforderungen und Nachverfolgung der Arbeitsergebnisse.
  • Sicherstellung der Bestandsgenauigkeit durch regelmäßige Audits und präventive Maßnahmen.
  • Einhaltung der Anforderungen an Lagerhaltung, Materialhandling und Versand.
  • Überwachung der physischen Bedingungen und des Erscheinungsbildes des Lagers sowie Umsetzung der 5S-Praktiken.
  • Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Schulung von Mitarbeitern zur Bildung eines kompetenten Teams.
  • Förderung der Mitarbeiterleistung durch Beurteilung, Coaching und Beratung.
  • Implementierung von Sicherheitspraktiken und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung durch das Team.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition innerhalb eines Lagerumfelds, insbesondere im E-Commerce und FMCG.
  • Kenntnisse in WMS sowie Lean- und Six Sigma-Methoden sind von Vorteil.
  • Fähigkeit, stressige Situationen mit Ausdauer und Professionalität zu bewältigen.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, positive und produktive Beziehungen in einem Lager aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, sowohl funktionsübergreifend als auch im Team.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit für Details mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte/Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu verwalten.
  • Effektive Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effizient zu priorisieren und zu planen.
  • Kenntnisse über Sicherheitspraktiken und 5S-Best Practices.
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von WMS.
  • Hohe Motivation und Antrieb.
