We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Olympus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our warehouse and transport logistics operations in the EMEA region, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage logistics chains and lead service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
* Analyze and optimize operational processes worldwide and in the EMEA region
* Identify cost optimization potentials and lead corresponding optimization projects
* Collaborate with global and local management teams to ensure service promises are met

Requirements:

* Successfully completed studies or comparable training in transport and warehouse logistics
* Several years of management and professional experience in warehouse and transport logistics
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a sense of responsibility
