Your Contributions

As a Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in our HR department, particularly in the recruitment process. Your efforts will be vital in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires who will contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings through various platforms and sourcing methods.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare employment contracts and other essential HR documents, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Support the organization and execution of career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Compile and present regular reports and analytics on recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in human resources.
  • Some experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced international setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
