Your Contributions

As a Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Your efforts will be crucial in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires who will contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings through various platforms and sourcing methods.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related documentation, and support the onboarding process.
- Help organize and execute career fairs and recruitment events.
- Generate regular reports and analytics on recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in human resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced international setting, is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
