About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Deployables Cubed GmbH. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting process and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the creation and publication of job advertisements, utilizing various platforms and sourcing techniques to attract top candidates.
  • Applicant Database Management: Maintain our applicant database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts and other HR-related documents, as well as support with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing career fairs and other recruiting events to showcase our company culture and attract top talent.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and statistics on recruitment campaigns to inform our hiring strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of human resources.
  • Experience: Initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written).
