Position Summary:
  • Assist the HR department with labor relations matters
  • Oversee and improve the time tracking system
  • Collaborate with Payroll for monthly compensation processing
  • Produce HR reports and conduct data analysis
  • Support employee development initiatives
  • Facilitate recruitment processes in accordance with established protocols
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects aimed at organizational enhancement
  • Prepare necessary HR documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and HR information systems
  • Proficient in SAP/HR and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Workday and time management systems is advantageous
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
