As a Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Your efforts will be crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires who will contribute to our long-term success.

• Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings across various platforms and utilizing diverse sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare employment contracts and other essential HR documentation, as well as facilitate the onboarding process.
• Support the organization and execution of career fairs and recruitment events.
• Compile and present regular reports and analytics on recruitment initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in human resources.
