Customer Service Representative Role
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to customers via various communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer questions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, and communicate effectively.
- First work experience in a customer contact-centred area.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs and a fast-paced work environment.
