About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Onventis. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve the best possible outcomes from our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and strategic planning to drive their success.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practice advice to customers on how to fully leverage our software solutions and achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that address customer challenges and optimize their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Continuously analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process optimizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong orientation towards service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a confident and structured working style.
  • Proactive and organized, with a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong affinity for technology and ability to learn new software and systems.
