DevOps Service Delivery Lead

Position Overview:

The role involves overseeing the management of DevOps Managed Services, ensuring optimal performance and effective service delivery in collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a problem solver and solution architect, serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders to address evolving customer needs and operational enhancements.
  • Possess expertise in Service Level Agreements, Incident Management, and Service Requests, while monitoring relevant metrics and facilitating their management within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization within the continuous improvement framework.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or equivalent IT training.
  • Professional Passion: Strong proficiency in IT Service Processes, particularly in DevOps, Automation, Change Management, Transition, and Project Management.
  • Certifications: Ideally certified in ITIL and/or DevOps, or willing to pursue these certifications with support; additional knowledge in Client and Application Infrastructure or Cloud Infrastructures is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with strong analytical capabilities and exceptional customer focus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.
