We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Lead Backup/Storage who will also take on the responsibility for the local Backup/Storage team as the Delivery Team Lead.

Reporting to the Head of Cloud Infrastructure Services Germany, you will collaborate closely with the Delivery Area Lead - Cloud Infrastructure Services Germany as well as the Global Service Area Manager (GSAMs).

Your Responsibilities as a Service Lead:
  • Oversee the operational service delivery in the Backup/Storage service area.
  • Collaborate with the GSAMs to coordinate and monitor critical initiatives and projects within the Backup/Storage service area.
  • Plan and track resource utilization.
  • Measure and control internal critical metrics.
  • Prepare and support business process harmonization initiatives and continuous efficiency improvement.
Your Responsibilities as a Delivery Team Lead:
  • Lead the local Backup/Storage team.
  • Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Regular communication, interaction, and team development with appropriate measures.
  • Create a sustainable feedback and error culture and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Identify, promote, and develop employee potential and plan necessary training.
  • Conduct individual performance evaluations and set development goals.
  • Assume responsibility for team performance and successful implementation in terms of quality and results.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
