Job Overview:

The Client Engagement Director serves as the principal contact for key enterprise clients, concentrating on establishing and nurturing robust client relationships. Acting as a bridge between project managers and strategists, this role ensures seamless collaboration between projects and clients to fulfill their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring consistent communication through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to foster strong relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain high levels of client contentment through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the client's offerings.

Project Oversight and Execution:

  • Supervise cross-service projects for clients, ensuring that strategic goals are achieved and projects are delivered successfully by the project management team.
  • Ensure all projects comply with quality standards and company protocols, utilizing Click-Up for project tracking and management.

Strategic Planning and Consulting:

  • Provide comprehensive consulting to enhance client success and implement effective solutions, collaborating directly with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Act as the primary advocate for client success internally, providing regular updates and facilitating alignment among internal teams.

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Conduct financial forecasting and analyze the profitability of client projects, ensuring they meet financial objectives.
  • Efficiently manage resource allocation and requests to maintain balanced staff utilization and meet project deadlines.

Opportunity Identification:

  • Engage in solution identification to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting the solutions team in delivering recommendations.

Escalation Management:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, promptly addressing and resolving issues to maintain project continuity and client trust.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct portal demonstrations and HubSpot training
  • Deliver tactical work
  • Facilitate customer workshops
Your Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and project oversight within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Fluent or native proficiency in German is a mandatory requirement.
  • Expertise in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Marketo.
  • Strong strategic planning and consulting capabilities.
  • Experience in financial and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Proven project management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, expanding international setting.
Additional Requirements:
  • Possess a solution-oriented, hands-on approach when working with CRM systems;
  • Have substantial experience with inbound marketing;
  • Enjoy tackling technically complex and challenging topics;
  • Exhibit a preference for systematic, independent work;
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present to, and influence clients in a goal-oriented manner - in both German and English;
  • Be open to new solutions or even develop them independently;
  • Show interest in personal growth and being an engaged member of a cohesive team, and last but not least
